I need to cancel/make a change to my order.
To cancel or make a change to your order please contact us immediately! We strive to ship orders quickly, so it may not always be possible to make a change before your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Options
We ship via USPS and UPS and your order will typically take 2 or 3 business days to leave our facility. We ship during our normal business hours Mon-Thurs, 7:30am to 6pm. Take note that if you place an order on a weekend it will not be shipped until the following Monday.

For Hawaii and Alaska standard UPS rates for the specific weight of the shipment will apply. At this time we do not accept orders for shipments outside of the US.

Back Orders
Most of the time we will have the item you order in stock. In the rare case that we do not, the item will be canceled and not put on back order.

International Orders
With the exception of wholesale, we currently do not bill or ship internationally.

Returns/Exchanges
Returning an item to Salty Bones is easy! If you unfortunately received a defective item, you may return it within 30 days with receipt. Also, unworn and unwashed items may be returned within 14 days of purchase date with receipt.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid (does not include shipping) or you may select another item to exchange for - depending on the cost, we’ll either issue a refund or you will simply need to pay the difference.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
All of our products are available for wholesale pricing to qualified retailers. To apply as a wholesale customer, you can call us at 1-800-927-8247 or apply through creating a user account by signing up HERE. If you already have an online account, you can also use the contact form (located here) and detail that you'd like to change your account to be listed as wholesale.

REQUIREMENTS
To open a wholesale customer account with Salty Bones, we will need the following information: Business Name, Primary Contact Name (First and Last), Physical Address (not a PO Box), Business Phone, Fax if available, and business type. In addition, a copy of your Sales Tax Resale Certificate/Permit is required to open an account with us (you can mail, email, or fax it to us).

Other details that would be very helpful would be:

• How long you have been in business?

• Have you sold license plates/frames, signs, clothing, decals or magnets before?

• How did you find our site or hear about Salty Bones?

• If our products meet your needs, when do you expect to purchase?


Please note only orders of $100 or more will be adjusted to wholesale pricing and you must be an established wholesale customer. This can include a mixture of any of our products.
