Refund policy
It's our goal to provide the very best products, but if for any reason you're unsatisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return it.
Requirements to return:
- All merchandise must be in new condition and in the same condition it was received.
- Stickers and decals are only allowed to be returned if they have not been peeled or used in any way. Please contact our customer service beforehand if you have any questions.
IMPORTANT:
- The customer is responsible for shipping charges when returning merchandise. We do not provide packaging or a shipping label to return.
- Please note refunds will only be processed once the returned items have been received and meet the above requirements.

Please include the following in the return package:
- Items you are returning
- Copy of the Returns slip
- Copy of original Packing slip
To Exchange: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. Please follow the above instructions for a return, then you will need to go back to saltybones.com to place a new order.
Credits on Returns: Once we receive your return shipment, please allow 3 – 5 business days to process your refund. Your bank or credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
