The Salty Bones saltwater lawstick is a foldable fishing ruler that's the perfect companion for every fishing trip! Fully expanded, this lightweight three-piece ruler measures up to 36" and folds down to just 12.5" in length, allowing it to nicely fit in almost any tacklebox.
The ruler has easy to read measurement markers along both the upper and lower edge (US standard), Salty Bones fish art to help ID your catch, plus state-specific fishing laws making it a handy reference guide. And because it's made with a flexible PVC, if it falls into the water, no problem - it floats!

Exactly what you said it was. I added a piece of angle aluminum for a stop with pop rivets and it kicks butt.
Very easy to identify the fish AND measure to make sure they are legal to keep. I recommend that everyone has one of these

I had an old salty bones ruler that I got a few years back and figured it was time to get a new one. I was so glad to see these sold online.
I gotta say after getting it I was surprised at how much nicer it's made now. The text is easy to read and I like that you can measure from top or bottom
